NetCE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/cerp.

Continuing Education

Attention Maryland Dentists and Dental Hygienists: An executive order from Maryland’s governor will extend the expiration date of all licenses due to expire during the state of emergency until 30 days after the state of emergency is terminated. The Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners accepts NetCE courses.

Dentists and Dental Hygienists are required 30 hours every two years, 17 of which may be completed by self-study.* A minimum of 2 of the 30 hours must be in infection control and 2 hours on proper prescribing and disposal of prescriptive drugs and 2 hours in abuse and neglect every other two years.**

*NetCE courses are considered self-study.

**NetCE does not have a course to meet this requirement.
