Case Managers

Selected NetCE courses are pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM® Board-certified case managers. Certificates of Completion for approved courses display activity codes and approval numbers. To claim CEs, log into your CE Center account on the Commission for Case Manager Certification website.

Continuing Education Requirement

Selected NetCE courses are pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM® Board-certified case managers. Certificates of Completion for approved courses display activity codes and approval numbers. To claim CEs, log into your CE Center account on the Commission for Case Manager Certification website.

Certified Case Managers are required to complete 80 hours of continuing education every five years in defined focus areas, 8 of which must be ethics related.

Attention Case Managers: In order to view course activity and approval information, you must add your CCM Certification Number to your NetCE account. Please go to your Portfolio to add your certification number as a license. Once added, the activity and approval information will display in the small print at the bottom of your certificate of completion.
