NetCE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The Ohio State Dental Board accepts courses from any provider who is ADA or AGD approved.
Continuing Education
The Ohio State Dental Board accepts NetCE courses.
Dentists are required 40 hours every two years, all of which may be completed by correspondence.* Effective April 6, 2023, 30 hours every two years, all of which may be completed online or by correspondence.*
Dental Hygienists are required 24 hours every two years, all of which may be completed by correspondence.* Effective April 6, 2023, 20 hours every two years, all of which may be completed online or by correspondence.*
Though not a requirement, continuing dental education on the topic of cultural competency is encouraged.
