NetCE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The Utah Board of Dentists and Dental Hygienists accepts courses from any provider who is ADA approved.

Continuing Education

The Utah Board of Dentists and Dental Hygienists accepts NetCE courses.

Dentists and Dental Hygienists are required 30 hours every two years, 15 of which may be completed by Internet or home study.*

Dentists authorized to prescribe controlled substances must complete 2 hours on controlled substance prescribing every two years; the course must meet Board requirements.** 

*NetCE courses are Internet and home study.

**NetCE does not have a course to meet this requirement.
