Continuing Education Requirement

Attention Kansas Nurses: Governor Kelly signed Executive Order No. 21-09 on April 1, 2021 which states that all state agencies shall extend renewal deadlines and continuing education requirements for any professional license that was in good standing as of March 12, 2020, that has expired or will expire during the State of Disaster Emergency, and such licenses shall remain valid until 90 days following the termination of the State of Disaster Emergency.
