Indiana Psychologists

Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs.

The Indiana State Psychology Board accepts courses from any provider who is approved by the American Psychological Association.

Continuing Education Requirement

Heath Service Provider Psychologists are required 40 hours every two years, 10 of which may be completed by home study Category 1, 20 may be taken in Category 2, for a total of 30 hours by home study.* A minimum of 6 of the 40 hours must be in ethics every two years.

*NetCE courses are considered home study, which is accepted in the form of Category 1 and Category 2.
